How long does shipping take?

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information.

How to track my order?

You can track your order by navigating to our Track order page, enter your tracking number or you may also try to track your order here:

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to be updated on the system after the item is shipped. If your order was placed more than 8 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

My tracking info shows my package was delivered, but i never receive it

We know how important your order is! We provides our customers with the option to track your package. If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, please check around your neighborhood in case another home received it by mistake. Speak with family, roommates, etc. in the event they received it on your behalf. The package may also have been left with property managers or an apartment office. Sometime the package cannot be delivered because you entered an INCORRECT phone number during your checkout so our shipping company cannot contact you when the package arrived at your location.



We accept payment with credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), debit card, or e-check (i.e. using your regular Bank Account).


You can use Paypal as payment method. You will be redirected to the PayPal website. Be sure to fill in correct details for fast & hassle-free payment processing


  • PayPal can be used to purchase items by Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), Debit Card, or E-check (i.e. using your regular Bank Account).
  • Once you are redirected to the Paypal website, select “Pay with Debit/Credit card” button to proceed the payment.



All orders can be cancelled 12 hours after an order is placed. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.


Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. 

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you received a wrong order or your package is arrived broken, you may also request a refund or reshipment but you must provide us with a picture. 

You are protected when:

  • The item you ordered did not arrive within the time promised by the seller.
  • The item you received was faulty, wrong order, arrived broken. 

We will NOT make refund or reshipment if:

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Your order did not arrive in time due to exceptional circumstances outside the control (i.e. delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us or Email us. 

* Please noted that we do not responsible to pay for the return shipping fee.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.
